Subscription Terms
These subscription terms govern the paid subscription services offered by IDShotPro the app developed by the developer as defined in the IDShotPro user agreement. By purchasing or activating a subscription to the subscription services you the user agree to be bound by these terms the IDShotPro user agreement and the IDShotPro privacy policy all of which constitute a binding agreement between you and the developer. If you do not agree to all terms herein you must not purchase or activate the subscription services.
The subscription services provide users with unlimited access to all premium features of the app including but not limited to all id photo templates passport visa green card driver license and professional id photos high resolution Local AI photo generation and ad free usage and priority Local AI processing. The developer reserves the right to adjust modify or update subscription functional features at any time without prior notice to adapt to product iteration and service optimization. The subscription services are offered in various plans including monthly and annual subscriptions with pricing displayed clearly within the app prior to purchase. All subscription plans are subject to these terms and the developer reserves the right to modify the features included in the subscription services with prior notice via the app.
To activate the subscription services you must complete the purchase process within the app which will redirect you to the official Apple App Store for payment processing. All subscription fees are charged in standard currency units and refundable situations shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of these terms and applicable laws. The official Apple App Store will bill your designated payment method at the time of purchase and upon each renewal period. You acknowledge that the billing cycle will begin immediately upon purchase and the subscription will remain active until canceled in accordance with these terms.
All subscriptions to the subscription services are set to auto renew by default at the end of each billing cycle monthly or annual as selected at purchase. The official Apple App Store will automatically charge your payment method for the next billing cycle’s fee approximately 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. You may disable auto renewal at any time by accessing your official Apple App Store account settings. Disabling auto renewal will not cancel the current subscription period your access to the subscription services will continue until the end of the already paid cycle after which the subscription will expire and revert to the free version of the app if available.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your official Apple App Store account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle refund rules for partial subscription periods shall be implemented in accordance with these terms and applicable legal requirements. The developer does not process subscription cancellations directly all cancellation requests must be submitted through the official Apple App Store where the subscription was purchased. Upon cancellation you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the current billing period after which you will lose access to all premium features and revert to the free version of the app if available.
The developer does not currently offer the ability to pause subscriptions. If you wish to temporarily stop using the subscription services you may disable auto renewal to allow the subscription to expire at the end of the current cycle. You may modify your subscription plan by canceling your current subscription and purchasing a new plan. Modifying your plan will follow the refund provisions specified in these terms for the current subscription and the new plan’s billing cycle will begin immediately upon purchase.
The developer grants you a non exclusive non transferable license to access and use the subscription services solely for personal non commercial purposes during the active subscription period. You agree not to share your subscription access with any third party including but not limited to sharing your device account or login credentials though no account is required for the app subscription access is tied to your device and official Apple App Store account. The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the subscription services if you violate this provision or any other term of these terms the user agreement or the privacy policy.
The developer may update these subscription terms or adjust the pricing of the subscription services from time to time. Any changes to the terms will be posted within the app and the revised terms will take effect for new subscriptions immediately upon posting. For existing subscribers changes to the terms or pricing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle with prior notice provided via the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the subscription services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms or new pricing.
The subscription services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind express or implied. The developer disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. The developer does not warrant that the subscription services will be uninterrupted error free or free of defects. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the subscription services including but not limited to loss of use data or profits. The developer’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.
The developer may terminate your access to the subscription services at any time with or without cause by providing notice via the app or email. Termination may occur if you violate any term of these terms the user agreement or the privacy policy engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior or if the developer discontinues the subscription services. Relevant refund processing after termination shall be implemented in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. Upon termination you will lose access to all premium features immediately. You may terminate your subscription at any time as outlined in the subscription cancellation section.
These subscription terms shall be governed by applicable regional laws without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between you and the developer. If negotiation fails such disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of local competent courts. These terms together with the user agreement and privacy policy constitute the entire understanding between you and the developer regarding the subscription services.
