User Agreement
By downloading installing and using IDShotPro the App you the User agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement the Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you and the developer of IDShotPro the Developer governing your use of the App. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. If you do not agree to all terms of this Agreement you must immediately cease downloading installing and using the App. The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time with updates posted within the App. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
IDShotPro is a tool designed for regional users to generate and manage standard ID photos including those for passport visa green card driver license professional ID photos and other specified purposes. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. The Developer grants you a non exclusive non transferable revocable license to use the App solely for personal non commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws. You may use the App to upload or take portrait photos select ID templates generate Local AI processed ID photos and download or share the resulting photos provided such use complies with all terms outlined herein.
You are solely responsible for the photos you upload or take using the App and for ensuring that you have the legal right to use such photos. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. You agree not to use the App to process photos of any individual without their explicit consent. You further agree not to use the App for any illegal unethical or unauthorized purposes including but not limited to generating fake or fraudulent ID photos processing inappropriate or offensive content or violating any intellectual property rights of third parties. The Developer shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.
The App uses Local AI technology to process photos and generate ID photos that meet specified size and background requirements. The Developer endeavors to ensure the accuracy of Local AI generated photos but does not guarantee that all outputs will be fully compliant with every official ID standard or accepted by all government agencies institutions or employers. It is your sole responsibility to verify the compliance of the generated ID photos with the specific requirements of the intended use case. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. The Developer shall not be liable for any rejection delay or other issues resulting from the use of Local AI generated photos.
All intellectual property rights in the App including but not limited to software algorithms templates logos and content are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable copyright trademark and other intellectual property laws. You shall not copy modify reverse engineer decompile disassemble distribute or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof without the Developer’s prior written permission. You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to the App. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. The Developer holds a temporary non exclusive license to process such photos solely to provide the App’s services as outlined in this Agreement.
The App is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind express or implied. The Developer disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted error free or free of viruses or other harmful components. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. The use of the App and any Local AI generated photos is at your own risk.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits goodwill use data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. The Developer’s total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement or the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App if any. This limitation of liability shall apply even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use of its services. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. The Developer may terminate this Agreement and your license to use the App at any time with or without cause by providing notice to you via the App or email. Upon termination you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from all your devices. Sections regarding intellectual property rights disclaimer of warranties limitation of liability and general provisions shall survive termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable regional laws without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between you and the Developer. If negotiation fails such disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local competent courts. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Developer regarding the use of the App superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements oral or written.
